About Food Texture

While working with a bread company last week we developed a scale to help us describe textures of bread products. We got these products in the photo so that we could understand textural attributes like hardness, springiness, chewiness. We ate a lot of samples but now have a helpful lexicon to describe all sorts of bread products.
